At Riverway, we perform a detailed evaluation of all our applicants, whether they're applying for direct hire or temporary positions. We conduct thorough personal interviews and background checks. We verify references and test each applicant. Our unique process results in competent, capable applicants.
Skills Testing
We use state-of-the-art Prove It! computer skills testing to make sure our candidates are fully qualified and able to hit the ground running as soon as they report for work at your company. Because Prove It! is web-based, candidates can take tests immediately, and even in the comfort of their own home.
Computer Training
At Riverway, we can help your current employees gain the specialized computer skills they need to be successful, or train prospective temporary employees on specific software applications they need to get the job done. Best of all? They can complete the web-based training at home.
Payrolling
If you find a job candidate on your own, we can payroll them for you through Riverway. This eliminates your liability for an employee who either won't go direct-hire, or someone you want to try out before making a full-time commitment.
Criminal Background Checks and Drug Screening
We perform a criminal background check on all candidates prior to their interview. If a candidate has a felony conviction, Riverway will not represent him or her as a candidate. We will not represent candidates with misdemeanors in the past seven years. Riverway will drug screen candidates upon request.
On-Site Interviewing
If you have a layoff or a reduction-in-force, we can conduct on-site interviews for the departing employees to ensure a minimum of downtime. Likewise, if you need to fill a confidential opening, you can use Riverway's facilities for confidential interviewing.
