Insurance Coverage
Riverway is fully insured, so you can feel safe doing business with us.
All Riverway contract employees are covered by workers' compensation and general liability insurance. Riverway meets all applicable taxes and TWC obligations, leaving our clients protected in the event of unforeseeable circumstances. Riverway will mail an insurance certificate directly to you upon request.
In addition to a Business Services bond, we carry the following insurance:
Commercial General Liability Insurance
$2 million aggregate and $1 million each occurrence.
Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability
$1 million.
Business Automobile Hired and Non-Owned Auto Liability
$1 million.
Commercial Property Insurance
$50,000.
Commercial Excess/Umbrella Insurance
$2 million with underlying insurance requirements met.
