Position Summary:

As the Business Development Analyst, you will:
• Coordinate with the management to research, identify, analyze, and execute new business initiatives in all aspects of energy property acquisitions
• Work with acquisition landmen and cold callers
• Make investment decisions to meet business goals
• Source data to plug into Cash Flow models
• Evaluate near term commodity market analysis
• Negotiate contracts

Skills/Knowledge:
• Strong communication skills and able to function well on teams
• Knowledge of Cash Flow Models
• Ability to operate standard PC-based programs with a high level of proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and well organized
