• High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in dispatching in a similar industry
• 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience with downloading and setting apps on IOS and Android

As a Customer Service Agent, you will:
• Intake orders via the client’s centralized call center
• Process credit card charges
• Answer heavy phone volume
• Negotiate delivery times with the client’s customers
• Coordinate with quality control and office personnel to ensure service and delivery of products
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills/Knowledge:
• Ability to manage smartphones and digital tools
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work individually and in a group setting
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
