Position Summary:
Do you have prior customer service experience? As our client’s Customer Experience Representative, you will assist with data entry and the cleanup of existing customers by assisting with phone calls to verify contact information and entering the details into the CRM system accurately in a timely manner.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
• Maintain a database by entering new and updated customer and account information
• Provide support to internal and external customers for Digital Tools (CEMEX Go, CRM, etc.)
• Manage time efficiently while receiving and entering details through digital platforms
• Obtain the necessary external information by effectively asking questions about their needs and correct contact information
• Allocate the necessary resources in order to fulfill customer needs
• Conduct timely follow up with customers to gather current details
• Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills/Knowledge:
• Strong computer skill presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively and proactively
• Experience with building successful customer relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to adapt to a variety of situations
• Strong knowledge of systems preferably CRMs such as Microsoft Dynamics and SAP platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced Level typing skills
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
