Position Summary:
Seeking a Help Desk Technial Support to be responsible for providing hardware and software support operations of the company. You will interact directly with end users and provide customer technical support.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, install, configure, and maintain desktops, printers and other technologies
• Receiving frontline, Level 1 help desk phone calls with on average 5-6 tickets per day
• Route other tickets to Level 2 staff based on the details of the ticket
Skills/Knowledge:
• Strong interpersonal skills and respect for diversity
• Attention to detail and time management
• Good communication skills, written and oral
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
