Seeking an Human Resource Coordinator in the Bryan/College Station area.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Screening and scheduling 20-30 candidates a day for recruiters
• Managing job boards for specific job posting
• Perform HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance
• Assist with new-employee orientation
• Complete reference checks and job verifications of employment status
• Assists the manager with HR projects
• Attend and present at community job fairs
• Assist with client visits as needed
• Develop and maintain employee relation reports
• Salesforce knowledge preferred
• Ability to work closely with other team members and other teams
• Must be able to work independently and multi-task
• Excellent communication through oral and written form
• Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel
