Education:
• An undergraduate degree in business or other relevant fields of study is required
Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in manual and automation user acceptance and technical release testing is highly preferred
• Must have prior experience in change management processes and business requirements documents

Position Summary:

Role Responsibilities:
• Performs unit, integration, acceptance, functional, system, and regression testing
• Reviews existing processes to ensure sufficient process documentation
• Collaborates with Revenue Management and other departments to learn current processes and develop training decks, also prepares presentations associated with each process
• Drafts business requirements documents for requesting new IT functionality designed to improve revenue management performance
• Completes research, internal controls, and KPI reporting for the team
• Manages projects from inception to completion
• Identifies proactive areas of improvement and facilitates change
• Develops additional processes to ensure billing timeliness and accuracy goals are achieved

Skills/Knowledge:
• Proficient in developing, maintaining, and executing detailed test plans
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are highly preferred
• General proficiency in Tableau and SOXHUB, also prior experience with Atlassian Jira and Salesforce
• Able to apply critical thinking skills while taking a methodical and logical approach to solving problems
• Being detail-oriented with prior experience meeting deadlines in a dynamic work setting is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including having highly effective presentation skills is a major plus
