Position Summary:

Our client is searching for a Receptionist to be the central hub of communication and business interactions throughout their company. Through daily responsibilities and interactions, you will gain experience in office procedures as well as exposure to advanced business solutions the client offers to their clients.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage and answer the switchboard
• Be responsible for mail distribution
• Maintain the copier/office machine ready for use
• Manage the calendar schedule for eight conference rooms
• Order supplies on a weekly basis
• Coordinate lunch meetings
• Maintain reception area and conference rooms orderly
• General office maintenance work order management
• Greet visitors, vendors, and applicants when they enter the office
• Assist with company events as needed
• Offer clerical support for various departments as needed
Skills/Knowledge:
• Must be able to type 50 WPM
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Be punctual and have good attendance habits
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adhere to the required work schedule: Hours are 7:30AM-5:00PM with a 1-hour lunch.
