Position Summary:
Product Testing Specialists to help ensure quality control on all product requests made by our partners. The Product Testing Specialist works closely with our Dealer Systems Analysts to provide timely feedback, help improve quality, and troubleshoot failed requests.
This position supports the Commercial Operations, Pricing, and Software teams in achieving business
goals of providing a quality experience in a timely manner.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assists in functional testing of all dealer-facing product requests
• Data entry of test results
• Provides direct feedback on failed testing
• Develops and maintains consistent and clear lines of communication with their team regarding
testing and issue resolution
• Supports business development with pre-launch quality assurance
Skills/Knowledge:
• Knowledge of current digitalization efforts is strongly preferred.
• Strong multi-channel presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive communicator
• Ability to solve problems and provide meaningful solutions
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively and proactively
• Experience with building successful customer relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to adapt to a variety of situations
• Tech Savvy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Residential Solar industry knowledge
