Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a keen interest in the recruitment and staffing industry? Join our team as a Recruitment Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities to expand the client base. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

  2. Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our recruitment and staffing services.

  3. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use market insights to strategically position our services and enhance our competitive edge.

  4. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase our company's capabilities, expertise, and track record. Highlight the benefits of partnering with our recruitment and staffing solutions.

  5. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to generate leads, including networking events, industry conferences, online platforms, and cold outreach. Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns.

  6. Proposal Development: Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals in response to client requests. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with the client's needs and our capabilities.

  7. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and robust sales pipeline. Monitor and report on sales activities and progress regularly. Utilize CRM tools for efficient pipeline management.

  8. Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiation processes to secure favorable terms and agreements. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.

  9. Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support. Act as a liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  10. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve service delivery. Actively seek opportunities to upsell additional services or expand the scope of existing partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment and staffing industry.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
